We ate at a great restaurant for the pub grub type food from their take-away restaurant. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a bath. The location was marvellous and the staff was obliging and great during the whole stay!

Our room was very comfortable. The food was good although we had to wait longer than I liked.
Staff seem to be expected to be in many places at once! Perhaps more staff are required. One suggestion - when there is a disagreement between members of staff it should not be voiced in the hearing of guests, nor should staff be reprimanded in front of guests (bar staff and waiting staff). A little more management training is required I think.

The room was great, fantastic, with a great view of the lake, I could not ask for more. But, the bathroom was too small and looked old, in need of renovation, not on the same level as the room that was spacious and beautiful. But, all in all, it was a nice stay. The staff was very friendly and managed to get a hot meal for us in the late evening, when the restaurant had already just closed. Internet is available only in the lobby but it's fast and reliable.
The bathroom. Small and looked old. But the room itself, the staff and the location pays off.

The hotel was budget, spent my time lovely here. I liked new-fashioned and perfect rooms with a fireplace. Kind and obliging team, they made me feel welcome. It took me 10 mins to get to the bus station.

Proximity to the amazing Glencoe fantastic, and also close to Oban and other touristy areas. Could be a romantic destination if gauranteed good weather in order to enjoy the surrounding scenery. But perfect for the more hardy outdoor type who do not mind a complete drenching. The music playing in the background of the hotel could do with being more cheerie especially when the weather is doing its best to put a real dampner on your time away. Apart from this the staff were very nice and helpful and we enjoyed out short stay there.
The decor was a bit dull and morbid, could do with brightening the place up. The bathroom in our room was in desperate need of a revamp and the toilet seat was broken which made for performing a balancing act or doing without!!!!! Breakfast was over cooked and toast was cold and by the time it arrived our tea and coffee were stewed and cold. This could be due to the fact that only one young waitress was there to serve the whole dining room on her own.

We booked a neat and modest room with sea views. Besides, the location was unbeatable and fab for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Ballachulish Slate Quarry.

The glencoe inn was super cozy and clean, loved the views from the room down the loch. Breakfast was amazin with a great variety and friendly staff. We even got good tips about the area from the waiter. The bar area had a nice atmosphere. The sauna and hot tub in the garden were a nice bonus!
the stair situation is a bit of a pain, and the beds could be improved as they seemed small and not the best quality.

Food average at best. Rooms not what are illustrated on website. Cleanliness left a lot ot be desired. Staff were ok apart from young gentleman who served breakfast who was excellent. Expensive for what it was.
Felt staff could have been better and rooms were a real let down. For £95 I exepcted better. Bathrooms were an absolute disgrace and need refurbished and attended to.

The family Room was nicely decorated. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We wanted to use the restaurant one night but it was full as was the bar area. We thought we would have to go elsewhere to eat as our little boy was tired after a long day. The waitress was a star as she rearranged the reserved tables and made room for us.
The bathroom was a real let down as it had not been refurbished along with the room. It was shabby but clean. There was no shower in the ensuite and the shared shower along the corridor was not at all powerful, more like drip!
